RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return the product within 14 days of the purchase date.  Items that have been used, laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for return.

How to Return:

Return item(s) in the original packaging
Include a copy of the shipping invoice
Provide a brief reason for your return
Include an email address (so you can be notified when we receive the return and issue the credit)

The sender is responsible for original and return postage. Please allow 2 weeks for receipt and processing of your return.

SHIPPING

City Hopper orders will be shipped within 3 business days via United States Postal Service. If there is a delay in shipment you will be notified via email.

Shipping Costs for Orders:
Under $25.00: $5.00 via US First Class Mail
$25.01 to $99.99: $7.00 via US First Class Mail
Over $100.00: Free via US First Class Mail

Express Shipping is also available for an additional charge.

GIFT WRAP

Gift Wrapping is available for an additional charge.  An option will be provided during checkout.
